Maintenance agreements and warranties for your Rimage systems. We offer maintenance agreements for items such as the Rimage AutoPrinters, 5100/5300 Series, DiscLabs, and the Producer Series. Warranties range from an additional year up to three years. These maintenance agreements make it easy to keep your Rimage solutions running at all times. For example, a Rapid Exchange contract offers you your own "spare system". If equipment problems cannot be resolved over the phone, a replacement unit will arrive the next business day (if it is ordered before 3:00 PM Central Time).
