The CalDigit VR Mini 1TB hard drive fits in the palm of your hand as a fast a portable drive for video editing. Capable of RAID 1 and RAID 0, the VR Mini can achieve up to 155MB/s transfer rates. Bus powered through a FireWire connection, you can also connect using eSATA for even greater transfer speeds.
Advanced Design The two removable drives of the CalDigit VR Mini allow quick and easy replacement and expansion of storage as well as the ability for easy archiving of data. The all aluminum case helps with heat dissipation while the orange LCD display on the front panel keeps you informed of the drive's status.
Portable Power on the Go The CalDigit VR Mini fits in the palm of your hand, is bus powered through FireWire, and small enough to go anywhere your laptop goes. Need more speed? Plug the VR Mini into your eSATA port for even greater data through-put. Weighing in at only a pound and a half, the VR Mini is light as well as small at just 2 inches tall and 5 inches long.
