The CalDigit USB 3.0 SuperSpeed PCI Express Card adds two 5Gbps USB 3.0 ports to your workstation. SuperSpeed PCI Express Card is compatible with MacPro and Windows based desktop workstations with an available PCI Express (x1 or higher) slot.
USB 3.0 is now one of the fastest interfaces available on the market today. USB 3.0 is faster than FireWire and eSATA. In addition, this USB 3.0 card is also backwards compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices.
