G-tech G-RAID 4TB External RAID Drive
G-RAID is a high performance external RAID drive that supports simultaneous playback of multiple video layers in real-time in many of the most popular video editing suites, including, Final Cut, Premiere, and Xpress.
G-Tech has achieved a blistering RAID 0 data transfer rate of 200MB/s when used with the eSATA connection. FireWire 800 and USB 2.0 interfaces are also included.
Ready Out of the Box
Ready right out of the box, G-RAID appears as a single, fast disk when connected to an OS X machine. Windows users require a quick format to utilize G-RAID. (Instructions for reformatting are located on the "Downloads" tab for this product.)
