The G-SPEED es solutions provide high storage capacities, outstanding speed and fail-proof functionality. Equipped with 4 hot-swappable 7200 RPM drives, when used with the G-Tech PCIe 4x RAID controller, the G-SPEED es can support up to 4 simultaneous streams of uncompressed 1080/60i. The PCIe 4x RAID controller also allows the G-SPEED es to be configured as RAID 0,1,5,10 or JBOD. It's also equipped with a web GUI that monitors the RAID system, and has the ability to send a mobile message in the event of a problem.
The G-Speed es is pre formatted for OS X computers, but can be easily reformatted for Windows machines (Instructions for reformatting are located on the "Downloads" tab for this product.)
