Sonnet QIO-TB

Sonnet's Qio (pronounced Cue-Eye-Oh) Universal Media Reader is now available with a Thunderbolt interface adapter kit. Sonnet's QIO-TB can read/write to SDHC, SDXC, Compact Flash, P2, and SxS cards, as well as any computer with a Thunderbolt or Thunderbolt 2 interface. Qio reads files from any combination of cards with aggregate bandwidth up to 200 MB/sec.

This Qio Universal Card reader eliminates the need for multiple standalone card readers, and easily allows you to transfer data across cards, an attached hard drive, or host computer. The Qio is very small (5.9" x 6.2" x 1.2"), so you can transport it easily. Included with this Qio is a 12V AC Power supply.

Qio Media Reader is covered by a 2 Year Warranty.

    Josh:

    PROS:
    Very Fast
    4+ cards at once
    4 eSATA ports
    Uses Thunderbolt

    CONS:
    Requires a power source
Takes up 2+ outlets on standard power strips
    Costly

    THOUGHTS:
I recommend buying the Firewire 400 to 3.5mm power adapter to take up less space on power strips

    USAGE:
I use this for Media Management for Reality TV along with ShotPutPro 5
