What is TapeOnline's preferred shipment method?

Unless otherwise requested, TapeOnline will ship your package via FedEx ground. While Fedex is our primary carrier, we can also accomodate UPS, USPS, and freight shipment (such as Fedex Freight, DHL, etc). Most of these options are available in a dropdown menu on the checkout page, but if you don't see what you are looking for, feel free to call us at 877-893-8273.

Can TapeOnline ship to FPO/APO addresses?

We sure can! Fedex won't deliver to FPO or APO addresses, but we can ship via USPS and get your package delivered. If you are having trouble placing your order to an FPO/APO address, just give us a call at 877-893-8273, or email at info@tapeonline.com and we can guide you through the process.

How long does it take to ship my package?

On Monday-Friday, if an order is placed before 5:00 CST, it will leave our warehouse the same day! Exceptions to this are product backorders, and a few special order items (like disc duplicators, printers, and publishers), that we do not store in our warehouses. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will ship the next business day.

Most destinations within the US take 2-3 business days when shipping Fedex Ground. Also, we provide an estimated delivery date below the shipping menu on the checkout page to help you forecast your package delivery time.
